Go to MEC or other outdoor sports stores and look in the climbing section for chalk

In fact it is a UTM coordinate that uses WGS-84 to represent the shape of the globe. There are others such as NAD27 that you would see on older Canadian government maps or NAD83 on newer Canadian government maps. NAD83 and WGS84 are almost identical, one is just North American and the other is global.
To read that coordinate the full description would be
UTM Zone 10 North 501910 East 5465462 North
The East [HTML_REMOVED] North are metres from the origin of UTM Zone 10.
As MTB Trails says pop those into your GPS to get the trailhead location. Make sure you use WGS84 if you have an option. If you used NA27 you may in the field see your GPS being 100m away from the waypoint.
Challenge accepted!
My last (and only time) was 3:30 without Fifty [HTML_REMOVED] Econo Dave. So now I just need to get faster and shave about 45 mins off my time (accounting for the longer course).
Hasn't the NSMBA been talking about the watchmen program (with that name) since at least mid 2012? Wouldn't the two AGM's between now and then been a good chance for those concerned with the name bring those concerns to the board?
Great to see it finally in-place.
Yes until they get the west side finished.
It's really nice. Lots of room to pass.
Shirk,
If I'm doing it then you should too.
Plus it's longer than when you had the 3hr goal so it'll be even more of a challenge!
A friend did get one from Guest services this year. There is a form to fill in so make sure you know what your rough plan is.
Oboe or Spearhead glacier as a destination should be enough.
The guest services people typically have no idea about back country.
I think you get 3 scans on the ticket which is enough to get you to the top.
Would a rope swing be an appropriate crossing as it's now a lake?
I ended up having two passes as I got one printed for the bike park and then they sent me one for the season pass.
Apparently you can have two active passes on the same account. You just can't use them both on the same day.
Can frogs enter?
I'd like to see more average rides show up so I don't seem so slow ;)
Maybe mix it up a bit and throw 1 or 2 XC/All Mountain single stage loops in there.
Sponsors did a good job this year with the after parties. The ones at their offices/stores with beer were awesome!
The interesting one is that hunting is allowed in the park.

Camp at Tyax, that's what we're planning to do. Warm showers are good this time of year. Too bad the hot tub in the spa is closed for maintenance :(
Chatted with biggles604 and looks like we're planning the same rides so can hook up for a shuttle up to start of Taylor to save an hour of pedalling.
