How are they worse than Al-Qaeda? If this guy knows something like where Bin Laden is or if there is going to be another attack on U.S. (or maybe even Canadian) soil, do you think he will just tell them? No.

If they need to torture this guy, to get information that will save millions of lives, it's fine with me.

Stolen bike alert!

Shit man. That's horrible, it's one thing to steal a bike from outside a 7-11 or some other dumb place to leave your bike but it's another to steal it from secured building (or what should be a secured building) with security guards and hundreds of bikers. That person has more balls than brains, that's for sure. Someone had to have seen something (or I hope someone did).
