if they are working properly they should fully rotating around the bearing as the suspension cycles up and down .
Oscillating applications will prevent the balls from fully rotating around the inner/outer race. The balls do not stop moving when the direction of rotation changes.
As part of regular maintenance I clock the bearings in my suspension. Rotating the inner race 90 deg will move a new set of balls into the load area.
If you ever need a new battery, an obsolete battery or maybe an old one rebuilt, you can take it to Interstate batteries at 20148 102 avenue Langley. They do most of the brand names. I have an older Milwaukee 14.4 cordless kit. The batteries were done and I didn't want to buy an all new kit, so I got them to rebuild a couple of the old batteries. (No, I don't work for them, lol) Edit; You can't beat Makita grinders, They are bullet proof.

It's tough. Set a night up running with a couple friends tuesday nights rain or no rain. Not showing up results in massive shaming.
Try to get a spin in during week (boring) or a night ride weather permitting.
At least one ride, trail run, or touring ski in on weekends.
It's nothing like in summer, but as you say not bad if you lower the calorie intake.
Going to start trail running the SSBP with the dog, nothing special.

Got some Solarstorm X2's off Lightmalls, and so far they have been excellent while riding. However I have read a couple horror stories about the cheap chargers blowing up and starting fires/damaging houses. Does anyone have any suggestions for ways to improve safety while charging these lights? If i were to charge them with a surge protector cord in a metal box would that lower the risk? Any alternative chargers or recommended extension cords to use with these?
Just put them on a dedicated power bar surge protector. Never had an issue with mine. Have not tripped the fuse on the power bar.

I am gonna have to call BS on the hash having no effect on the cat especially close to a 1/8 of a ounce .
In HS a buddy and I ate a gram of hash each , talk about wrecked , totally different high than smoking it .
A body stone is much like being drunk , and I had it from pot and hash so it does work when ingested .
Makes no sense, I never did find the hash so I assumed the cat ate it. Could be someone lifted the hash or…. We are talking about 1989
