NSMB - 2013 - Enduro/Trail Bike Build thread
I just built up this little ripper for my wife. I can't wait to see her tear it up. Comes in at 31lbs, it shed almost 5lbs from her old Norco Six.
Geeze, I don't even want to weigh my Sight now!

I don't post much, but I wanna play.
2013 Norco Sight 26" wearing fetish gear, black latex. In case you're wondering what a Sight looks like with a Lyrik on the front. I think it'll be the hot ticket for pedalling on the Shore.
Say hi if I pass you on Bridle Path. ;)
Depending on the size of your bearings, have a look at the transition pullers/installers. They make them for 30, 32 and 36 mm I think. They've worked pretty well for me but I've lent them to less, um, careful mechanics with catastrophic results.
Oh hey, I think you dropped something.
A rather hasty generalization just fell outta your ass and, boy, does it stink.
Sunday, May 6, around 2pm, on Hwy 103.
I have enough lightz, thankz1.
I have beer.
Any news?
It's a testament to NSMB that this is the only forum that I feel the need to post this on.
Nope, not the one.
Where, when, what model claims it.
i don't have any info on this doctor, but i'll chime in: i think pretty much any surgeon can do it. BUT then again, your guy is 70 years old!
i had mine done with a general surgeon through the UBC hospital in 2001 and i think it took something like 45 mins. they bang that sh*t out (or in, as it were) many times a day.
i had a bad cold at the time so they wouldn't put me under general anesthesia. they put me under local, and weren't willing to set up mirrors for me to watch the surgery to make sure they didn't leave any surgical tools in my crotch. shave the area ahead of time because the nurse is quick, brutal and clinical when it comes to the deed.
depending on the size of the hernia expect 4-5 days lying on the couch, hurting to laugh, sneeze or stand up straight, and no sex until about 3-4 weeks, and even then don't expect to be able to hold it back kama sutra style.
i hear you - i got a great deal on an 08 fluid 1 frame. didn't mind the blue, but after one SHUTTLE the paint was trashed.

Yesterday in light rain and Saturday in sunshine but cool temps they are almost un noticable. Similar to knee warmers. In summer they would be awful warm but they are easily stashed in a pack. No they are not intended for boogie man style tumbling. You want hockey gear for that. But for rides where the tumble you take won't be too bad, or the tire slips and you slam your knee into the stem, perfect. I mean you won't wear a full face helmet on XC rides, so why would you wear full DH armour too? And yep, in the mesh bag and machine washed yesterday.
i got a bit carried away with my analogy of tumbling down boogieman. i already have hardshell armour for that. it'd be nice to have some lightweight just-in-case armour for burke riding or … i dunno, can't really think of anywhere else.
haha, i didn't want to talk about it online until someone else brought it up. thanks andy :)
the trail's not exactly hidden, in an already high traffic area.
