Any way to get a higher resolution version of this image, it would make an amazing desktop wallpaper but my monitor is 24" so the resolution of 1920x1200 would make the current image look tiny.

Does anyone know of any offroad motorcycle course in the Vancouver area?

I use the Mec hangers to hang up my road bike and MTB. No complaints so far. The only tricky bit was getting the correct bolts for fixing to a brick wall.

Another vote for Schwalb Marathon Plus. I used to commute down a cycle path lined with bushes with 1" thorns these were the only tires that could survive: I tried most other brands before these.

The new Revolution trainer by LeMond looks very promising:

My SPD shoes are by Diadora. They only have velcro closures: which never seem to tighten enough or stay tight. It doesn't seem to matter on my road bike but they feel noticeably less tight on my MTB.

My next pair of SPD shoes will have buckles and/or laces in the hope they stay tighter…

I had no idea night riding on Fromme was banned. I had been planning on giving it a go this winter for the first time. Is night riding banned anywhere else?

I run Shimano M540 on my road bike for commuting:

And I run Shimano M647 on my MTB, I find the resin cage sheds mud really well, makes it a bit easier to clip in and seems to handle rock impacts very well.

I find the local prices on these pedals to be really high compared to the prices in the UK: last time I looked the M647 was $180+ without tax locally and $70 inc tax [HTML_REMOVED] postage in UK.
