6 of us went out there today. Nice ride, a little wet in parts but no rain :D

Friends of mine rode BBY yesterday as well and they also experienced no rain until they were done… WIsh I could've said the same for Saturday LOL, Lower Snake was a giant case of the runs from top to bottom

Ditch Witch Rim

I've got one that's 4 years old, machine-built (front wheel), never been trued, been on 7 mostly jumping bikes, and I can still run a v-brake on it if I was so inclined. Very impressed.

yeah I got one laced to 20mm marzocchi hub, came stock from a 02 Stinky I think it was. I keep it for a spare, same design as rhynolite…rhynolites are an underrated rim, the welded(xl) is one of the hardest wheels to get a tire on or off.

Cool. You already saw us last time, so just look for the chrome Norco again

Well didn't make it. I got my gear ready, pulled the bike out and when I turned the handlebars, my headset sounded like sandpaper, obviously yesterday's diarrhea soup ride got into everything.
So tomorrow , take it apart and clean/ regrease it before any damage gets done.

Meh, you'll still be a better rider than me!

We meet at the Hwy 10 entrance, near the overpass and the Hwy 91 junction.

Look for several Subarus

I'm supposed to ride Burnbay mtn tomorrow, but if its snow covered you might see me there… I'm on a blue Norco Sasquatch, 09 with 55 fork, black helmet black jacket.

BB - do not disassemble

external bb's are cheap. Not worth the hassle to rebuild it unless its a Chris King or something like that.
Iam not sure waht BB you current;y have on the bike, but remember it is best to -put the matching BB with the crankset… Truvativ/ Race Face do not work together, vise versa.
just replace it all and be done with it.

I found that trail I had been looking for yesterday… Looks good. I enjoyed the parts that I could ride:P
Yesterday there was a large group of teenagers wandering and yelling and walking on the trails. Kinda just stayed outta there way as I don't wanna piss em off and them take it out on the trails( I'm a teenager too, but not a strong one:lol:) There was about 7-8 them.

Wish I Was there… BTW to the folks that have lived there for years and no issues, thats great, but I didn't do a damn thing for her to start screaming at me from the end of her driveway to where I was standing at the entrance of the trail pretty much.
I'm not a $hit disturber or one to start it,but if you're going to flap your gums off at me for no reason, prepare to get it in return.

Yeah she's a douche, I've had one good run-in with her and it ended the same way, with her in a huff and nothing to say. Like I said, she is miserable.

I don't understand how anyone can go through life so miserable, especially buy TWO homes near a park with 710 acres of mountain bike trails in it.
I wonder if it was her that sued Delta Corp year ago when the city cut out all the woodwork? wouldn't surprise me, maybe Delta Corp bought her the second house.

Fall/Winter Bike Clearout

Good shop to deal with. Damian, who co-runs the shop, is a true ambassador for local cycling. From great shop rides and training help to strong after purchase support, these guys are an asset to the community.

agreed 100%, I have bought many bikes from there.
