It's honestly been at least 6,7 or 8 years….back when Cowan threw in the towel, which was ironically over the same issues.

I guess the vision and mission statements are open to interpretation though.

I encourage the ol' schoolers still living down there to show up at the next AGM and possibly get on the board if these types of trails are important to you

you're going to need to price very agressively and be willing to accept less than asking… or so I hear is the norm for the north shore market lately. good luck!
