Just out of curiosity what is your diet like being that you eat 50-70g protein a day? 105g from food should really be no problem.

As for protein I have used quite a few brands and have settled with Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard whey, tastes the best, decent price, almost no filler, and most importantly for me it has the best digestibility of all the brands I have used. You can get it of bodybuilding.com at a good price and they have a warehouse in Richmond so it will probably only take a day for shipping and its still cheaper than going to a supplement store in town and getting ripped right off.

Insane if it all happens! would definitely ride there, I'd love to know more about the logistics (land ownership, financial backing etc etc), seems crazy ambitious

My buddies 2007 Rocky Mountain Flow dj was stolen this afternoon at Uvic. It was locked up for an hour outside the Elliot Building Lab wing early this afternoon.

It is purple, has 24inch wheels and a grey Rockshox Pike.

If you see it let me know or report it to the police, they have gotten a report. The bike belongs to Andre Savard if you call them.

Thats precious, he paid my price. I fail to see how the loss of all his sponsors, obviously loss of fellow rider support (in some cases), and the impending charges is not paying the price. If you don't want to watch him ride then don't and to the other guy who said that he doesn't deserve our attention that is strictly your opinion, I will still watch the kid shred.

I knew at least someone would have something to say about the f-bomb. If you want to share the movie with your kids then hit that mute button on the remote for the one second kenny speaks. If your kids are too young to hear it then they wont notice a difference, its really a non-issue.
