Dan Barham - Wander

Unfortunately it's only available direct from them, and yeah, the $30 flat fee thing doesn't really work in this case, which is a bummer.

Have you seen the digital version? It's not quite the same but it's also $75 cheaper…

TAP - Optional Lines

Danb (the original poster) deleted the thread.

Yeah, I was asked to and did. That thread was a great reminder of why I stay away from forums.

Looking for a pool

Apologies for the slightly spammy posting, but some help with this would be awesome.

I'm looking for someone in the Vancouver / Sea to Sky area with a backyard pool (filled), in which I can do a quick photoshoot with a cleaned + degreased bike and rider in the next ten days. If you know anyone who'd be cool with me turning up with a pretty girl pro rider to do such a thing, it'd be great to hear from them.

Thanks in advance!

Read Step 7 for the reason why it's important to have a large credit card balance:

Heh, "sharp shits" is probably not a bad description in itself.

Definitely interested in the Betty vs. Veronica idea, give me a shout!

There aren't ten steps for dressing better for mountain bikers. Just one - How's About Wearing A Buttoned Shirt That Isn't Plaid Once In A While?

The Five Stages of Bummer Summer

I placed third in Deep Summer last night, with a different approach than my normal routine to make a show that while might not be a winner would definitely make people laugh.

Here's what we came up with - make sure to make it large and loud!

Some VW's

Allegedly bumps it up to 250HP / 300ish ft lb of torque. Makes the stock settings feel really sluggish!

Some VW's

I love my GTI, especially since I got the engine remap on it

Doesn't have quite the same cool factor as a Mk1 though, does it.
