Removing Totem lowers?

Look here for the 2007 rockshox tech manual. It includes lower leg removal for all fork models:

Pedal Magazine article from ~1995

does anyone remember the mag that featured sawblade and triple crown (burke)?
i think MBA around '94.

Yeah! I remember that one too. They rode sawblade and then Burnaby Mountain the next day. I'm out of town for a couple of weeks, but I will check when I get home to see if I still have it.

Yes, thanks for all the info! I had that issue of Bike magazine as well, and I really got a kick out of re-reading it when Smoke posted it on his site a few years back, but that is not the article I was referring to. It was definitely earlier than 1998, and it was Pedal magazine, I had a subscription back then.

I found this thread posted by CraigH on MTBR which reminded me of the article in the first place.

Do any of you have a copy of the Pedal Magazine article from about 1995 on mountain biking on the North Shore? I had it, but it got thrown out a long time ago. I remember it talked about some crazy characters with names like
