so Bernie's out.

From what I've read recently, I think this new guy from Liberty will ( or has been advised to ? idk ) get things moving in a more positive direction.
edit: eightysomethingyearold Ecclestone is purportedly trying to start up a rival to F1 . . . wtf gtfo.

^^^^ not much of a surprise.
I'm just hoping for a more levelled playing field this coming year.

I wonder why Paddy Lowe is rumoured to be leaving Merc for Williams.
Does Stroll's old man and his billions have anything to do with it ?
Whatever the reason, I think it's huge for Williams if they get him.

Everyone's talking about who would be a good replacement for Nico.
The list goes on and on.
Toto said he has been contacted by at least half the field of current of F1 drivers.

I haven't read it yet, but would be interested to hear Rosberg's opinion.

Really the only reason Verstappen was able to drive like that is because everyone else, apart from Hamilton, sucked.

They're all lazy and stuck in a rut driving dry lines like they always do with the great wets and high downforce they have. The difference in Brazil was that it was just too wet.

Funny that.
When Hamilton (the winner) was asked how he rated his race (in terms of best ever), he said it was a pretty easy race.
Although he did have a clear view ahead the entire race.

Max made the race. THE END.
Lewis (as he said) had nothing to lose (like Nico this time last year) and Rosberg couldn't afford a mistake.

Looking forward to next year, I'm fairly confident Lance Stroll is more than a pay driver.
Historically speaking, when given a chance, Quebec drivers punch (metaphorically speaking) way above their weight limit.
I hope the new rules level the playing field.

Hamilton looks focused.
Rosberg appears to have pulled a rabbit out of a hat on that last lap of qualifying.
