Meh, he's offered up some real disappointments in regards to what he promised, but I wouldn't put him anywhere near Harper's league for outright arrogance and ignorance of the voting public.

He has yet to complete his first term, yet I feel he is right up there with Harper already!

2016 BC Property Assessment - Jan. 9, 2017, 4:51 p.m.

I'm up 24% this year, but no amount of appealing will get my homeowner's rebate back. I bought a place 5 years ago that was under the line for full rebate, after a year it went up and I only got partial rebate. Since then, no rebate for me!

They must have seen the fancy Charge port on the side of the house!

I don't believe it's goodbye to the grant (correct me if I'm wrong) but a reduction on the grant based on the amount over the threshold of $1.2M.

I'm over the top end of the threshold.

The way I read it was that over 1.2M, they reduce the grant by $5 for every $1,000 your over $1.2M

My assessed value wiped out all of the prorated portion I could have had over the $1.2M

Unless I misread the info.

I had a T2 for years! Super solid and trouble free. I had to go to the NSR as I have 2 kids or I would have kept the Thule.

I've had a lot of great help from the guys at Michael and Young in Surrey. There are a lot of deals to be had online, but only if you know specifically what you are looking for.

I have found that I buy the right stuff once.

James OC worked on my Honda's suspension, and it is brilliant!

They fixed up the destruction that another local tuner deemed to be acceptable. Simply the best upgrade I have done to my bike and there are many!
