Hey Mt Bikers, I am going to a festival near Hood River Oregon (east of Portland) next weekend. I want to add on two days of Biking on the drive down from Vancouver BC. I am looking for advice on riding in:

Day 1- Snoqualmie/Seattle/Mt Rainer area,
Day 2 - Hood River/Yakama area.

It is me and a female friend. We are both good mt bikers and are looking for two good days of biking. Maybe around 500m (1500 ft) elevation max and 2-4 hours. Like two good afternoon rides. Nothing scary big/required gaps, but steeps and technical is fun. Really fun long descents are always appreciated,[HTML_REMOVED]#8220;enduro style[HTML_REMOVED]#8221; stuff. We will only have one vehicle so sadly no shuttles (unless there is a lift system locally).

Have you ridden in those areas? Hot tips on great trials or loops? Tips on local riding info website or contacts?
