This place has changed.
Went into a dealership on the weekend and did the whole song and dance. I wanted to pay $23k, they were stuck at $23.5k. I walked out.
I did a bit of looking around online and see some decent deals on the Mainland (I'm in Victoria). Anyone have experience with using a broker? I know the car I want, I just want someone to do the work for me and get me the best price if I'm buying from the Mainland. I would buy privately but there are very few options for the model I want. I seem to remember talk of brokers before on here but I can't recall the thread I saw it in.
The FBI released new images from 9/11 at the Pentagon. Looks like airplane debris to me. Also the hole in the building looks pretty consistent with the size of a fuselage.
Saw on the news he had some blood vessel rupture a few days ago and is now paralyzed.
Found this article on Pinkbike: http://www.pinkbike.com/news/wishing-andrew-cho-a-speedy-recovery-2017.html
When he stood up, the blood vessel had reached its tipping point. The trapped blood applied so much pressure to his spinal cord that it paralyzed him from the neck down.
Despite so many things going wrong with the situation, there were many fortunate events that saved Andrewâs life. His phone landed ten inches from his body. In an amazing feat of strength and survival, he was able to inch toward his phone using only his chin. After five unsuccessful attempts, he was able to use his tongue and with the help of Siri, dial 911.
When first responders arrived, he was rushed to VGH where he underwent a 4-hour emergency surgery to relieve the pressure on the spinal column.
There's a GoFundMe page for him as well: https://www.gofundme.com/andrew-chos-medical-fund
It's generally pretty easy to tell if someone is juicing. Acne and the upside down triangle is usually a good indicator. I've seen a few people who I was pretty sure were juicing, but I don't think it's very common. I mean, what's the point unless you are making money from it?
When Clinton didn't pick up Florida, her chances decreased. Around 10pm when her lead in Michigan and Pennsylvania disappeared, I knew it was over. I think everyone knew it was over. I went to bed at 11 and could not believe what I just witnessed.
Take a look at what Michael Moore said. Donald Trump brought back the rust belt. That is, all the blue collar workers in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio lost hope with Washington letting their jobs leave. Trump was their only option to keep their jobs in the US. In hindsight, it was pretty obvious. I, like everyone, thought it would turn out differently. But once initial numbers started to come in and Hillary wasn't destroying Trump in these regions, I knew she was in trouble.
So you're doing a 6 day per week routine with this? This routine is great for increasing your lifts of the big three (bench, deadlift and squat), but does not constitute a full body workout by any means. The routine will hit pretty much all the muscle groups, but not all of them and probably won't give you the volume you need to get an all around physique. Most people who have this split focusing on the big three often complain that they don't see muscle growth all around. You'll need more isolation for this, but if you just want to get some muscle back and slowly get back into things, this will work. It all depends on how much time you want to put in.
Credential Direct. You get Level 2 quotes for free. All other online trading platforms I looked at require some ridiculous account feature (ie. $150k in assets, 30 trades per month).
If you're investing in penny stocks, this is essential. I have some experience with the Venture exchange and let me tell you, there are a ton of crooks. CEOs and BODs galore who only care about lining their pockets and could care less about the shareholders. If you find a great company with a reputable CEO, sure. But those are probably 1 in 100.
ps. Never hold a penny stock long term. They go up and they go down just as quick. Buy on rumour, sell on news. That's the Venture way!
