What size is that Explosif?

I was thinking of getting one but I am having trouble finding one that will fit.

Size large - 19"
I'm 5'11" and fits just fine

(There is a large one in PB now)

(Don't get a fat bike if you don't like talking to people, everyone wants to check them out.)

Lol, true. I rented a Specialized FatBoy this week in Whistler, and had to chat with almost everybody I saw on the trail.

2013 Kona Explosif

Love this bike.
27.5 wheels and 68 HT, it rips.
The raw steel finish looks great.

Upgrades:
- Tires: Maxxis HR II 3C
- Cockpit: Low rise 780mm bar. 60mm stem

2014 Trek Slash 8.

Upgrades:
- Maxxis HR II 3C
- XT Cranks

Probably the most versatile bike I've had. Great on steeps and technical. Drop the front travel, and climbs like a goat.
Love the 27.5 wheels

Fat Biking?

There are a couple of fat bikes for rent at Comor.
Where would be a good trail to take them for a quick ride?
Do they allow bikes in the Lost Lake trails in the winter?
Thanks..

Bell Super 2R Helmet

That's cool. But what are the results. It does not look as though the chin bar failed, but would it pass whatever test standard there is? I assume yes but it would be interesting to see how it stacked up against a DH helmet and Motocross one too.

The chin piece seems to flex a lot towards the face. But maybe this is a good thing, as it absorbs the energy of the impact? I don't know.
You are right, would be interesting to see how a regular full face takes this test.

2011 CARBON ELEMENT and Fork Size

I had an Element MSL with a 44 RC3 - 140mm. It felt great, but that would be as slack as I would like it.

Are you planning to lower the fork? I think the regular 160mm of the 36, would be too much for that frame.
