Ive got mavic scree shoes also goretex for winter riding. They are completely waterproof the only water that gets in is through the top. I got a pair of mec mini gaiters for winter riding keeps my feet very warm and dry. with some line socks under woolie boolie merino socks.

All my rides are ride up ride down . Ive only ever done one shuttle ride. That was Neds a few eels back.
Never really thought about but I guess I have been secretly enduroing too.
I hope I'm not going to get an intervention. too embarassaing..

It weighs about 10lbs with about 1.75 litres of water. It's an 18L pack it still has tons of room. So far Ive used everything at least once except my first aid kit.
My digital shock pump actually weighs less than my old analog pump did.
I like to tweak my bike while I'm on rides, great way since you are already out, might as well adjust sag lever angles etc ..
