Cypress delays opening

$32.00 ? Ya but it's only $4.00 for the next 4 hours. That's a deal c'mon now! (Sarcasm intended).

Just tried out Silverstars new Bike park

I love bike parks! The more popular they get, the less crowded the shore is.

Change Lanes

Yes, take it easy drivers. I can see a non-mountain biker buzzing someone thru hate, but a vehicle with (High end) bikes? Come on fellow riders!

Vedder unimog shuttles?

All I know is that I have seen him 3 times this year, all on a Sunday around 10-11:00 am. This was April-May time period. Don't know of a website. Try fvmba.com (fraser valley mountain bike association) [HTML_REMOVED] click on NEWS. They may have some archival pics there.

Agree with the others. Mad Max by Giro is the way to go. Have had mine for 2 years now-no complaints whatsoever. All in my riding group wear one.

Vedder unimog shuttles?

Was there 4-5 weeks ago [HTML_REMOVED] saw him at that time. Looks like he can take around 9 bikes on his trailer. Word is he charges $5.00 to go up.

Bad day in Nanaimo

Healing vibes to the family. It is every parents worse nightmare to have one of your kids die before you. It is something that could happen to any one of us. I think the whole biking community (all riders) are feeling for this family. May they find the strength to keep going.

Message from Councillor Crist reproduced here by his request

Ernst; I can tell you are a lifetime biker by all the "in" phrases you use like "stunt [HTML_REMOVED] jump biking" A person has to be deep into the sport to know those terms. You give no respect toward others but demand it from others. That's why you get no respect. A person doesn't demand respect, rather it is earned. As previously mentioned by others, if environment is your cause why not go after the suburban expansion which is swallowing up the shore?

How do you decide which pack to buy?...

Go to NSMB for an article on the HAWG by camelback. They didn't like it. My buddy and I both like the MULE by Camelback. Kinda small but effective.

Ernie's latest...

I work with a guy who used to work with Ernie in the shipyards. He is a communist I am told by my co-worker. He was very strong into the union then. Hence, I would say he is left wing. (And a nut case after watching that last council meeting.)

getting rotors pressed at a hydraulic shop?

I get my [HTML_REMOVED] my friend's rotors done by a saw filer at a local sawmill. They come out perfect. (Their job is to straighten circular [HTML_REMOVED] band saws at the mill when they warp or bend. )

Need Help with Tire info.

If $ is an issue, go with the Stout on the rear. Me [HTML_REMOVED] my buds ride with it [HTML_REMOVED] have no complaints. Very good quality + good price = excellent value. Can't go wrong.
