We rode time killer sat. The trail is not in that bad of shape a few ruts after the jump with 3 choices. the only bummer is that they clear cut the exit at the new road .Its hard to get past carrying your bike.Is there a new trail up the new cut road?
Rode the bottom part of lebiteme friday night and was in shock when i saw the decommisioning that some one has done. Every wooden structure was removed and all the little jumps are gone. Some one has spent a lot of time to destroy this awsome trail.
I was in Merrit last weekend but did not go riding.Unfortunatly when Bonzi closed his doors the trail maintenance stopped.I have been told by local riders that most of the trails are in disrepair.I am hoping this is untrue. I have riden Merrit alot,it is arealy cool place to rde if you dont get lost.I am planing to go riding there on may 7[HTML_REMOVED]8.Please inform on the condition of the trails
Ledgeveiw is owned by a group of land developers some of which are in hongkong. But they have money and as we all know money is power. The city of abbotsford have planned for this development for a while now and is looking forward to the revenue it will develop. I think we should be looking more toward the development of big sumas. It is already been designated as parkland and will never be cut, burned, [HTML_REMOVED] paved. Also the trail building there is superb. If we can keep working with the park board it will eventually become alot like seymour. The next issue coming with riding on crown land is liablity. Remember also the woodlot is a woodlot and will eventually be clear cut. We have to look ahead, not behind and there are mountains all the way to Alberta.
what do ya do on a rainy night in aldergrove? Think about the next big ride.I changed the pins on my pedals. Is anyone into night rides at ledgeveiw on wednesdays weather permiting.I would also like to try timekiller at night. I have a buddy that will shuttle on thursdays. hopefully it will get clear [HTML_REMOVED] cold again. we did some night rides at ledgeveiw during the last cold spell it was great. adious
