And I honestly am fed up with streaming. I miss the good old days of renting a film or even buy one...unpacking....celebrating the movie. Not just clicking an icon and binge watchibg whatever whenever.

My favorite parts of watching a movie were the trip to the rental store and the hour spent picking out a movie.

And then returning it a week late.  $25.00 to watch Howard the Duck.

But...others were worth it. Definitely.

Are you saying you didn't love Howard the Duck?

well, sorr..but I have never seen Howard the Duck.....I was thinking along the lines of certain actresses.

By the way, is Gooch still alive?

....8 months late, but I'm pretty sure he is still alive....I cant remember the last time I logged in here....then again, I can barely remember my own name

Noob 4x4ing?

I can do 140k downhill towards the snowshed, but its horrifying. The lift does not help.

Noob 4x4ing?

…I mean its never gunna get great mileage, but mine was horrendous I went from 18L hwy to 13L…

wow…and here for the last couple weeks I was complaining about going from 8.8/100 to 9.6/100 when I was running around with the hubs locked!

Mind you, I'm lucky if I can hit 95kmh going downhill with a tail wind!

Single Concussion May Increase Suicide Risk

2015 Formula 1 thread.

Toronto Star Wheels Editor Norris McDonald comments on Lewis Hamilton (a.k.a. "Drake") . . .

http://www.thestar.com/autos/2015/12/13/off-season-racing-roundup-lewis-hamilton-kyle-larson-scott-steckly-and-more.html

Sooooooo stoked to see the comparison between Jacques Villeneuve and Lewis (on the singing front….) might also want to throw in Kyle Petty who tried to sing as well.

also: if you've ever had the pleasure (displeasure?) of monitoring a driver's radio during a race, they all sound like they are on the edge of a tantrum…Kyle Busch and Michael Andretti come to mind immediately

Where is everyone?

…And the BS-Hate Patrol on NBR is getting on my nerves, there are a few users who are not my cup of tea, and who definitely do only post selective stuff without getting into a proper discussion to clarify things, or even change or acknowledge another opinion…

this pretty much sums it up for me

oh, and I've gone on a semi-permanent riding hiatus until the effects of the last big crash and subsequent long suffering post concussion syndrome goes away (maybe, eventually, probably not)

Beer

The gf got us the new Phillips one. I'm not complaining about it. I'm just not that into Phillips other guys do everything way better. Postmark has been impressing me with all their offerings. Then again they say 4 winds is really good but I don't get the hype.
The last beer to blow me away is raised by wolves from driftwood.

have you tried the october-fest offering from Wolf/Longwood? soooooo good.
