xt 11 speed drivetrain

Maybe a cable/housing change is in order? I have both a 1 x 10 XTR setup with 42 t extender cog and a 1 x 11 XTR setup and the shifting feel is similar albeit slightly less effort on the 1 x 11. And yes , the 1 x 11 has the adjustable clutch which i've only adjusted once after a break-in period.

10spd shimano clutch derailleur does have adjustment as well, you just have to remove the cover and adjust it.

jbv, keep in mind, you do have to clean and grease up the clutch once in a while.

bummed becuase you frame isn't a taped head tube?

what boom said. it only works for headtube with 44mm ID, which isn't old 1 1/8" standard. 1 1/8" standard headtube is ec34 and to make that work with tapered steertube… they'll have to make that lower external cup taper out and be couple inches tall

sramano?

I've fitted couple of shimano 11spd xt drivetrain with RF narrow wide front and sram xx1 chain on customer's bike including my buddy's
No issues, shimano does say their cassette is only compatible with their 11spd chain but sram chain seem to work just fine

Fabric cageless water bottle - review

They seem like a neat idea, but the cage looks so much more secure. Are there adapters for regular bottles?

don't think you really want an adapter if the bottles designed for the cage isn't working out

Premature bottom bracket bearing wear

I'm just checking out the RF PF BBs. Which one would I need for SRAM GXP cranks? I don't see one off-hand that looks compatible.

None, RF/Shimano BB don't work with sram GXP interface
