it is possible, the files are not removed, just the entry in the master file table, it is possible to edit the MFT and get the files back, but it is not for the weak of heart, screw up the MFT and you can kiss your whole filesystem goodbye.

if you want an epic, go up to the Chilcotins and so the spruce lake/windy pass ride. I did it a couple of years ago, from Mowson pond to the top and back was about 10 hours, at a pretty easy pace, but the altitude will get ya.

Had a grin on my face for a week after that ride.

Make sure all the people that are living there have their names on the lease, that way no single person is left holding the bag.

Something that helped make my last landlords feel more comfortable was the fact that I had overdraft protection on my checking account. That way if there isn't enough money in the account, the check will still clear and help save the landlord a lot of hassle dealing with NSF checks.

If you do end up breaking something (if you do get to live there) don't hide it, be honest with the landlord and tell them what happened. Yeah, you will have to fix it, but you won't lose youe security deposit when you move out and the place is trashed.

Instead of replacing the deore freehub body with another one of the same, put on an XT freehub body, they are somewhat more durable and should last quite a bit longer.

If your homepage has changed and you cannot change it back, you have fallen victim to a browser hijack, usually found on pron or warez sites.

find "browser hijack blaster" and install and run it, it should find the nasty registry entries that keep changing your browser homepage everytime you open it.
