WTB Vigilante & Trail Boss Tire Review - Dec. 6, 2018, 9:53 p.m.

I still have a four ride HD sitting in a room after some of the worst rides to date. Maybe back in Manitoba they would be okay but on the Wet coast they barely held a trig let alone the trail. the Vigs have been a favourite but i still have a combo of MM and Minions 3c until they die. WTB did well to create these tires and I am glad they are still plugging along.

You Can't Kill A Roach - A Tribute to Ingrid Doerr - Sept. 25, 2018, 11:25 p.m.

Thanks Cory. It's funny. I don't like to keep things due to a fear of being a pack rat, but there are some things I like to keep for sentimental reasons. Two things are my custom made Roach Jacket and the 97' stem pad from random fabric rolls in her Balmoral Hotel Warehouse with the lovely back entrance..My first intro to Ingrid was back in 97' for a brief chat at Java cycle where her and Big Red where checking out the red and orange set of jackets she was pitching. I bought the red...It was then stolen and lost to the world. There are a small few who i remember from my first few years of being in BC and bringing back Roach to Winnipeg and back again for some reason meant something enough that i still held on to those first few items, and thankfully bumped into Ingrid again throughout the years since. .Tacos and Markets, Waldorfs and patios, I will miss the random times.

Dear Uncle Dave: I Can't Stop Judging Others - April 4, 2018, 8:33 a.m.

So "Broke" could just sit on a ledge and push things over like a cat. Might be stress releasing every time he reads or sees things not aligning with the hum of perfection. Good music selection:)

When Air Canada Destroys Your Bike - June 18, 2015, 10:46 a.m.

Wow! I've sold those bags before, and they are fairly strong. That being said, they are not a hard structure like the serfas hard case. Yes, it's ugly and cannot be packed down into the little sheds we call home in Vancouver, but they do protect the bikes that costs more then some of our cars. Obsession bikes rents them out for a ridiculously affordable fee. Good luck!

The Hiker and Rider Debacle - Feb. 2, 2015, 10:50 a.m.

I'm telling this to all, elderly dog wielding ladies of the forrest, bikers of the two and four wheeled kind (motor-less of course) Bake cookies, keep them in your waterproof pouch and offer them in times of bad ju ju. that is all.

Rider and Hiker Altercation on Fromme - Jan. 31, 2015, 10:57 a.m.

I think Nathan has the right idea though. Presseing charges is a lot of work, but proving your innocent is just as difficult, and when someone has two incidents and called the cops once already, my experience tells me this will be worse the next time around if nothing is done. I do think it will backfire int he media in round three, as no one will let her attack them again.

Need water sprayers, you know, like for big cats:)

The North Shore Beer Run – Fat Bike Growler Style - Dec. 9, 2013, 2:24 p.m.

Come in and try one! Norco John Henry Bikes has one on the floor for sale, there are petty crazy, and way more affordable then a lot of the other brands on the market.

Rider Dies on Mt. Fromme – Update - June 11, 2013, 8:58 a.m.

I think this is the first time since I moved here this has ever happened, and we rode Pipeline the night before with riding it in years. The Family has my deepest sympathies.

Shop Visit: Chris Dekerf - June 2, 2013, 3:19 a.m.

By FAR one of the nicest Men I have ever met and the willingness to take on any project, no matter how weird it may be:)
