fox dhx 3.0 spring weight

I have been looking and looking but no luck. Wondering if people out there can help me figure out the needed spring weight for me. I have a Norco 6 with a dhx 3.0 (#550). I weigh about 150 with gear. What spring weights are people running specifically with their norcos

TIA

Yes I am in North Van
It can hold up to four bikes with extra attachments and can hold any type of frame.
It work great for me in my appartment holding my commuter and 4by.

Looks like a great ride. I have a 4x4 as well or should I say 4x6. Sliders up front. Did you say the fox propedal is great? I am having bottoming out problems with my plain vanilla. Can I ask how much you paid for the shock?

Front Derailleur on VPS 4by4

I have a front derailleur on my 02 4by4
I was able to find a steel cable end cap that I fastened to the last cable guide for front derailleur cable stop. I used a zap strap and thin steel wire to fasten it to the guide. I also filed a notch in the cable end cap so the zap strap and the wire would not slip. You also need the plastic cable guide (bike shops have them) that screws into the hole on the underside of the BB shell. With that you are set. All you need is a bottom pull front derailleur (don't remember the size; a bike shop should be able to tell you) .

Hope that is not too confusing

20 mm hub bearing service

First ever post

Looking for some steps to remove the cartridge bearings from a 20mm formula hub. How do I remove the "metal caps" on the ends. There is not enough room to pry them out. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
