What happens when you try to use the linkglide 11s cassette with a deore M5100 derailleur and shifter?

Does that mean linkglide uses the 10s pull ratio, or something else?

Air shocks have a stanchion, like a fork. This makes them stiffer in bending. Coil shocks have only the shaft, which is much narrower, usually 12-14mm. It is inherently more flexible side to side due to lower diameter.

I have a 2020 Thunderbolt and the cable routing is terrible from my perspective. It's good that you're improving, but having the cables enter under the BB rather than over is still a sin in my book.

This is why NSMB is the only legit bike website. How can you review a bike in 30 days? That's barely enough to get the suspension, fit etc dialed. Then another month trying it on different terrain to get a feel for the personality...

I'm glad to see shapeshifter is still around. I love the idea of steepening the angles a bit for the climbs then relaxing things for the downs, which most climb switches can't do.

I think it's supposed to help install without rotating the cup - might be wrong though.

I've seen it done on a hardtail. But on a fully you might have too much chain growth to deal with it. But you can probably swap an eagle cage on there, there's a lot of cross pollination btw 11 and 12.

I've seen problem 2 before with Tannus + regular valve. I would just use the cushcore valves.

Meh, the west has been reducing carbon emissions for years. It's more than offset by increased emissions in Asia. The future is out of our hands now, sadly I don't see them doing anything to curb their emissions. At least we won't have to suffer the consequences here in Canada.

Not sure if that is correct, I know that over here in Europe quite a few power plants run on brown coal, and there is no sign of stopping. 

Add to this an increase in traffic, not sure where you get the idea that The West has been reducing any emissions for years.

You might be able to get a cinch chainring with 0mm offset and keep your standard cranks. I'd check 3rd party ring makers like Blackspire, NSB, etc

Interesting factoid: Vlad Yordinov, one of the brains behind the Arrival, actually made an instructional video based around his downhill frame that he made before joining We Are One. So if you can't afford an arrival, you can maybe make your own :)

I tried Kool stop metallic on my Shimano 4 piston and they work pretty much exactly as well as stock. I did sand and burn the rotor + did a bed in session around the block before riding.
