I wouldnt do that on an old 70s tent trailer. there basically held together with staples and dry rotted wood.
I had a rack made off the bumper of the tent trailer and in front off the tongue. it was a bit of a pain because you have to make it so that it comes apart when you open it up. mine held a 12 foot aluminum boat
on closer inspection it was exactly like that one. a 75 bonair
And hey, let's be realistic here too. I don't place ALL the blame all at foreign buyers. Is there an impact, yes. Is the impact bigger than the media and the gov't will let us believe, probably. But I'll bet I could go walk into the bank today and get a 500K mortgage, which says a lot about how retarded that situation is.
People see housing as a guarantee to make money. It's not. Wages aren't that good to keep up with what's happening.
now add the panic of people trying to get into the market.
smells like a bubble, looks like a bubble…. not saying it couldn't run another 10-20% but id bet real estate at some point trades bellow today's prices in the next 10 years
I'm self employed and my wisdom teeth is way due for extraction and I'm starting to feel pain in one of them. Cheapest and shortest wait time for plan to be in effective I've found so found is from SureHealth Canada - Zone 3 @ 69$ per month which includes 600$ maximum payout @ 80% coverage. Also includes a bunch of other shit that idgaf about atm.
Do you guys have any other recommendations?
stick same amount of money each month in a separate bank account and build up your own dental plan
I wasn't a huge fan but then I saw them live in Amsterdam and they put on a great show. they had a huge following in the Netherlands and the shows were always a great vibe. me and a buddy ended up following them around different dutch cities and catching their live shows. it was a fun way to see a country.
I wonder how many of the properties selling "under market value" (there was a story a bit ago of one selling for like a $300,000 discount of what it sold the year before I seem to remember) are doing so for another reason entirely.
PTT on everything over $200,000 is 2%.
So say I am in a bidding war - I have the cash so I says to the dude. Ok,Ok I will pay $300,000 over the other guy. BUT - we will just write it up at the original price. I will hand you $$303,000. I save $3gs. Everyone is happy.
Except the poor children in public schools who have to share textbooks.
(ps - in case you were wondering- this sort of thing is illegal)
Taxman is going to bone you if you have 300k showing up in your personal account
Talking about how to prevent Zika Virus is insensitive to those suffering from Zika Virus. Now is not the time." is the Conservative's argument.
Now replace Zika Virus with:
Cigarettes and Cancer
A pretty sad state of thought.
its also not the place to discuss the zika virus or gun violence.. but guess what just a few forums over is the right place.
Wow. You need to get over yourself.
My choice as a consumer, is to stop watching TV, videos, rampage etc. IE. Voting with my dollars. If that's entitlement, then I'm all for it. But I think you need a dictionary…
how is this relevant to Steve smiths passing doing a completely different sport.
wrong place, wrong time.
starting a new thread is pretty easy
I've only ever done it (W-E) along Barnet to PoMo, then follow Lougheed and eventually there is a bike path on the right that includes the Pitt Bridge. Then again on Lougheed through Maple Ridge and across the Golden Ears.
Curious, did you check Google maps cycling suggestion?
ive done it over the golden ears through pitt meadows to the Central valley greenway. it gets funky at united boulavard but its doable. from there cenral valley greeway is nice.
now with the port mann open you can go through fraser heights over the portmann to the CVG
That is what they tell themselves, but I don't see anyone offering some sort of increase protection in their fixed term leases or offering anyone a month to month lease once they have proven they are good tenants. The simple fact is that this practice screws good tenants far more than it offers protections to good landlords.
What's the penalty if you walk away a month after you move In with your 1 year lease. Do you have to pay the next 11 months rent like a Comercial lease contract?
