Thanks for this review. I'm really hoping to see a shootout between the Dreadnought, Range, and the Spartan.
vancanmtb broke his frame and replaced it with an evil. There's a big 'ol mtbr thread about the current generation of enduros cracking at the headtube junction.
Will it keep the frame from cracking?
Go to hell shimano with your stupid ispec clamp standards.
How do you guys store CO2 in the 70cc Oneup pump?
Love my Revive v2. Worth every penny.
I've been riding on a Sagma since the beginning of this year and I like it so much I'm considering buying one for my road bike. The Sagma is the only saddle I can ride up to 7th without going numb in all the wrong places.
I had the same 100% gloves. I was disappointed that the D30 was on the knuckles and not the palms. Instead, I now wear these: https://www.mechanix.com/us-en/gloves/MPT-55.html?dwvar_MPT-55_color=covert&cgid=gloves-main
D30 on the palms and it works with smartphone touchscreens.
Make every bolt a torx in my opinion.
That Ottolock is trash. The combination lock mechanism will eventually jam and you won't be able to unlock it. I had this happen to me in front of the Whole Foods on Cambie. Surprisingly, no one batted an eye when I retrieved my bike with a bolt cutter at noon on a Sunday.
Loam Goat and Basic Bike Co are Vancouver companies selling pads for around $25/pair.
I bed my brakes by riding down Neds.
For a long time I thought about getting a Secus or a Luftkappe. Then after 500km I got my lowers serviced at Steed and the new performance was enlightening. For the last couple weeks, I've been running 2 PSI less with one extra click of LSC and all my gripes about the FOX 36 grip2 are gone.
Love the drone video.
Sealed dropper posts are the worst. I'm looking at you Raceface.
My Bike Yoke Revive v2 seemed extravagant at the time but it's been flawless after one season of winter riding.
