I've enjoyed running the volvo hoes, don't work on them though. It sounds stupidly annoying. On the new 235, you have to take the entire counterweight assembly off to change the starter… Not really the best bush machine.

So I'm curious, I took a danger tree/advanced cutting technique course through my work. I believe it was set up through BCIT. Norman(stormin norman) taught it. The intention of the course was to allow us to cut stuff up to 36" but then a bunch of legal issues and "mumbo jumbo" came up. What would that qualify me to do in your opinion? (cerealkilla or anyone else with relevant certs)

Sleeper, the Mission TFL is a community owned/run tree farm. Its not owned/leased by a private company. Big difference. I doubt a large forest company is going to care about the community benefits as much as a community who controls their own tenure. Perhaps that sort of thing could be written into the rules more forcefully though.
