2021 Fox Transfer Dropper Post - Reviewed - Sept. 20, 2020, 6:34 a.m.

We’ve also had a customer destroy the plates on the head. It might be too early to tell but I suspect that’s going to be an ongoing issue with this post.

2019 Fox Float Factory 36 Grip 2 Service - Oct. 23, 2019, 9:32 p.m.

As for comment 4, we get individual crush washers for damper and air spring legs from Fox / raceface. Any shop should be able to get those for you.

Hey Brad, I’ve encountered these discrepancies on the torque between various videos. I phoned fox and they mentioned they had 8NM on the damper side foot nut of the 36. That seems like a compromise that works pretty well. At higher torques like 16NM I’ve found the damper rod to sometimes spin before reaching full torque.

Huck Norris Revisited - April 27, 2019, 7:43 a.m.

I can’t say I notice the added ramp up or volume reduction of Huck Norris. People regularly destroy rims with Huck. It doesn’t stay fastened and pretty much falls apart in the lifetime of a tire.

With Cush  on the other hand, the ramp up is hella noticeable. Damping is excellent, flats are drastically reduced. Burping isn’t happenning and lateral tire stability is superior . Rim damage is way less likely.

On the back, I will always run Cush on my enduro / dh bike. It’s too damn good, weight be damned. If adding grams is a concern for your down country dentist-Cycle wait a month or two and an XC version will be out.

Inside The Official FOX Canada Service Centre - March 31, 2019, 6:45 a.m.

These techs have offered fantastic support to bike shops over the last few months. With that said, we’re looking forward to the day that all seven service bays are full! You must be so busy!

2018 Ibis Ripmo Reviewed - Nov. 26, 2018, 10:20 p.m.

I’ve just tried a -1.5 cane creek angleset on my large ripmo and like the handling! With the added stack height the ride height feels very similar.  I can’t stand the popping and creaking from the angleset. What length works headset did you use and for what size ripmo? Seems my headtube measures smaller than the ibis geo chart suggests

6 MTB Hacks That May Change Your Life* - Oct. 11, 2018, 5:19 a.m.

When you get a flat from a sidewall tear in your tubeless tire and forgot proper tire plugs, tear off a piece of cotton and use that instead! I’ve seen people use anything from shop rags, a fanny pack, to underwear. Cotton works surprisingly well!
