Nah, we think our concept of having the battery not exposed to tire hits makes more sense.

The E-REVIVE (not an official name) can be moved to and locked in any position you desirve without a remote and with the battery dead.

That is indeed one of the points  (having to take out the post every couple of months for charging) s not a bad idea. Posts are not rarely installed and then "forgotten" until they really won't work anymore. 

You don't only go for an oil service on a car after the car stopped working, rifght? List also need divine once in a while to keep working for a long time. Waiting for the post (or fork or shock) to fail before you bring it in for a routine service is not the best idea.

Currently, we do not have any spacers that fit the 272 internals. Everything there is sized down compared to the bigger versions: Shaft, piston, inner hydraulic tube, ... The problem is that there is not a lot of room for oil to flow around these potential spacers to get from one side of the pistionto the other. But we can look into that and if it works, we can offer as a future option.

For me, nose slightly down also works well.

We tried to already take this into consideration when designing the SAGMA saddles.

We, at BikeYoke, are all mostly riding Trail/Enduro bikes with only little to no saddle to bar drop.

With this more comfortable/upright rider position, all SAGMA saddles will already give you this slightly nose-down orientation with the rails being set horizontal. 
That does not mean this orientation is right for everyone, but it works quite well for all of us at BY and that's why we designed the rails to be horizontal for the position that was averagely preferred after our testing.  In our view, setting the rails horizontal is a good starting point for small saddle to bar drop bike setups.

As a manufacturer, we stipulate a lower tube service interval of 100hrs. A full rebuild, however, is not part of a routine/regular service and not bound to a fixed time interval. You only need to do it, if something is not working properly anymore, hydraulically. When customers ask me personally, I'll tell them to do a first lower tube service after like 2-3 months and there is no need for service parts at that time. Just take off lower tube, clean, regrease, put back together, then beer. If all looks good, then extend service intervals.

A lower tube service takes literally less than 10 minutes and can be done from anyone who has not two left hands. Posts are often forgotten when it comes to service, and while one post can survive without service for several years, another might be rotten/corroded within weeks just because one forgot to drain the water off his frame after a wash.A lower tube service takes literally less than 10 minutes and can be done from anyone who has not two left hands. So I can only advice to take out your post once in a while a do a quick clean and regrease of the lower tube. It should be more often than you service your fork or shock (I do not bring these to service every 100 hrs *duckandrun*), because posts (any post) are naturally not sealed from environments, as a fork or shock is. Posts have breathing ports to allow for air go in and out of the lower tube during drop/extension.

I would, however, like to let everyone know that service on (y)our posts - even if it may work for years without issues for one or the other of you - is extremely important. Water is the worst enemy of a post and every frame likes to collect water over time. So do not miss out on giving your post at least a lower tube service once in a while and especially before putting it to sleep after the final bike wash before the hibernating months.

About REVIVE MAX (34.9) in longer than 185 : Expect to hear from us in just a couple of weeks. ;-)

The bolts which attach the bumpers to the shell are torqued to spec @ 2NM only. That is not much and one should not overtorque it with more than 2.5Nm.
The important thing is to use loctite. Blue is enough and stronger is also OK, as long as you can open it again. ;-)
Even with the blue loctite, you will notice, that the loctite did its job, when you notice the sound and feeling of the glue breaking loose when opening the bolts.
