my fridge broke

eat the shitty food, get sick, sue for missed work, pain and suffering, loss (shit and water, lots of it), fear of eating food out of the fridge, having the fridge removed, lost food, time and effort for you to make a thread about it on the internetz, while you are at it get compensation for every post made here to aid you in this situation (paypal works).

Then ask if he would be interested in leasing the fridge, I hear it isn't wise to purchase in this economy, plus you'll get a factory maintenance package for 2 years or 50,000 fridge door open/close

E SARC mmKAYY?!

so.......got any poor stories to share?

thx to teh depression now we have 3.8 Acres of land that cannot be developed for another 5 years or so.

My grandpa (mom's side) got diagnosed with prostate cancer in its locally advanced state in late summer. Now it has metastasized to his back, causing severe pain and weakness. Because of his age they have told us not to go with chemo, and just be prepared. :(

On a less severe side, because of the snow (and laziness + NBR) I couldn't work on my car during the entire break, had to replace waterpump, timing belt, idler/tensioner, make an electric relay circuit for new mechanical fans, make brackets for the fans. I procrastinated until yesterday and pretty much ran in to a shitload of problems with the crank pulley remover being seized into the crankshaft, then I had to drill the core of the remover centre rod, yank it out with a flat head that was bent to a hook shape. Result being scraped knuckles, tons of cursing, blood blisters everywhere.

Luckily SFU got pwned by snow and classes got cancelled so I got 80[HTML_REMOVED]#37; of that done as of now.

so he won?

fuck yeah.

He pretty much let everyone know how big his dong is while I just sat there in my seat maximizing fuel efficiency and avoiding a ticket, followed by a potential VI , a possible street racing ticket and the time and efforts wasted on disputing the ticket.

Plus my 2.0T wouldn't stand a chance against a 5.7L Hemi.

I wasn't too stoked about being 2 seconds behind him though.

Chicken and Egg…Douche Bags and Pontiac Sunfire's

Actually, it's hill billies who didn't use condoms 20 years ago and probably drove a Chevelle who spawned sunfire owners who are genetically douche bags.

Snow Thread # 10

I want to be a weatherman - oops sorry a "meteorologist". I could be wrong every fucking day of the year and still collect a fat paycheque. Was supposed to warm up and rain last week - never happened. Now they've been saying since thursday it'll happen tomorrow. Hopefully by April they get this shit right.

Well…the earth is a big place and there are so many factors that play into how it runs. Predicting is not going to be near 100% all the time. I've just come up with an assumption after living in Vancouver for 10 years that an average day in Vancouver is involving something falling from the sky causing shitty drivers to ruin traffic. If it's sunny it's a bonus.

Travel Security

I'd say Mexico is more dangerous than Phillipines and when I was there I was unarmed, walked around village far from our resort with just one buddy until 4AM, trying to walk back to the resort hammered.

There were moments when a few drug dealers tried to rob(shank!) us but we now look back on those near-life experiences and laugh.

I know I wouldn't be good enough

I saw 450, Commercial and Broadway and knew it was a joke.

Although.. I wonder if you could get a person that could comply with that bullshit… you could pretty much do anything to them.

I find when you smile and wave, or just laugh your head off they get twice as mad.

+1.

Some idiot 40 year old "challenged" me on Lougheed HWY westbound near Coast Meridian. I was just driving to SFU… taking my time, not in a hurry, don't need a speeding ticket today.

He come up to the right side of me, drops to neutral, revs his carbuerated V8 on his rusty ass boat. I just drive same speed as I did, point at him, then make a laughing gesture. He fingers me, then accelerates then shows starts expressing how huge his penis may be. 5 minutes later, I was at a stop by Coquitlam Mall/Johnson and he was one car ahead of me. LOLS.
