MyFitnessPal is a great app. It really helps track daily food intake and lets you know what food is right for you as well. It also tracks your daily workouts. Some people however, myself included had a bit of a hard time using it the first time. I found this MyFitnessPal walk-through useful.

There was a similar case in New Brunswick last year. No charges due to lack of evidence, but through the efforts of friends and cycling advocacy groups, it did result in the provincial government enacting "Ellen's Law", which requires vehicles to give cyclists 1 metre of clearance. Difficult to enforce, but it could make charging someone who hits a cyclist easier in the future.
Ellen is a great loss to the cycling community, I really hope things change for the better.
Check this out:
A 2011 study by Harrison Pope, M.D., a professor of psychiatry at Harvard Medical School and his colleagues found that the average FFMI of steroid users was 23.3, which wasn’t much higher than the 22.8 average of non-users. The study included lifters who used human growth hormone and/or IGF-1 in addition to steroids. Their average FFMI was 26.2.
Pope’s research also shows the clearest difference between users and non-users. Steroids preferentially increase the size of the muscles that attach to the shoulder joints: the lats, trapezius, pectorals, deltoids, and upper arms. (Interestingly, that’s also where steroid-induced acne is most likely to appear.) A guy who’s “yoked,” with traps big enough to support their own ecosystems, almost certainly had pharmaceutical assistance.
after training, I always crave for burger and fries

Rumors of the big guy visiting Beijing in his bullet proof train. Could this be the start of something?
not a rumor anymore, it has been confirmed. I think China is playing the US... with all those NK missiles and nuke test why do they get there so fast I think China has something to do with it...
