No Trespassing signs on CMHC lands and trails

"Lynn Valley. Mark Sager hosted a public meeting last week, Sept 11, on behalf of Bosa
Development to show off their revised plans for a mixed use development on the former Zellers site. Mark had a power point presentation that included video clips of Hazen Colbert’s alleged mis-information as he spoke at the DNV council meeting the prior Monday. Sager stopped the video to address each alleged incorrect point.
- Hazen Colbert issued a press release last week with information from the OCPIC meeting that he attended as an observer. It was briefly discussed that this was not desirable behaviour."

Bye Giant.

it's really not about sales as much as the image… a world cup DH race gets a lot of coverage and people watching the race is huge! Can you even watch an EWS race? Would you even want to?

Do you run flats or clips JW?

Flats… Shaums March told us when we are going dh, to have the seat the same level as your kneecap and use your inside of knee to help steer. one of the best pieces of advice I've ever got.

lots of people like to ride their saddle low and lots of people don't have their seat up high enough when pedaling. I'm 5'9 and use 170mm of post.

Parable

I've overheard a similar conversation in which I agreed far more with the LBS guy, it went like this.

Customer: "we're heading up to ride a loamer we've head about"
Shop guy: "Look it's just pissed it down for two days straight, could you please ride something else today"
Customer: "fuck that dude, we've gotta hit it before it gets roached"
Shop guy: "I know the builder and he'd really appreciate it"
Customer: "like it matters if two guys ride it"
Shop guy: "what if everyone thought like that?"
Customer: "eh?"

Unfortunately this is not uncommon and why we can't have nice things.
