The rider behind is Shaun Palmer - his one race of the year.
The next day I saw this dude in Starbucks. He had the craziest leg tatts I've ever seen but otherwise he was pretty normal looking. The tatts were massive black diamonds covering most of his calves.
Anyway I took a closer look and it was the Palm. Too bad I didn't get a better shot of him.
