Most have sold their stuff, Evolution seems to have a XL Transition Smuggler available during that period.
Thanks for the tip, called and they do still have that bike and are keeping it around. Everyone else seems to have sold off their stuff or plans to by thanksgiving.

It is like 400m lower than peak of Whistler, doesn't look like there's any snow up there now it's about the same elevation as roundhouse.

no, official opening will be next season. The RMOW is still finishing up the last of the climbing trail and there's a km or so to finish building yet to connect from Sproatt Ridge down to Camp Lake which is start of LOTS.
Anybody got a 26" maxxis dh tire to sell? Casing twisted on mine and it looks like snake on the trail, 5 days left in my season and I don't want to drop 125$ on a tire…come up to whistler, bring me a tire and I've got cash….used or new…thanks

Check the Whistler buy and sell. There have been a few 26 tires on offer recently.

Anyone know if any shops will still be renting XC/trail bikes on Thanksgiving weekend? Going to be up with a buddy I want to take on a few rips around Lost Lake but he doesn't own a mtn bike. I called Cross Country Connection but they have already stopped their rentals.
Figure it might be tough as demo/rental fleets are already being sold off..

I think the resort keeps enough DH rentals around for closing weekend but either way you will want to call around and book. They might also keep their Reigns… I was looking for lighter XC bikes since I'm just showing a newbie friend around Lost Lake and 160mm will feel clumsy for that.
