When does Silverstar open, less expensive, less crowded and way more flow.

I'm hoping the bike park tickets are something like $20 each…then the hordes can descend on the bike park leaving the other trails free of the rabble for me

Haters gonna hate. Sure, stay away from Whistler Bike Park, that way there's more room for me.

Me too, I can't wait to go to Whistler this summer. I was in school last summer and I definitely missed not being able to ride the park.

You know what I like about WBP? Getting up on the first lift, doing runs throughout the day, but stopping to take breaks in the village, hang out, people-watch, talk to people from all over the world, go for a swim in Lost Lake, sitting in the sun and going back to riding until they close the lift down. And then going home into the sunset. 30 WBP days last year. Worth every penny.

There's no doubt I'm stoked. Bearings all replaced, wheels built/trued, forks to be rebuilt next.

That said, I'm still a touch bummed at how much of Garbo was closed last year for all those varying reasons.

I'll get a few days in up there.

Probably go Triple Play card. More to just get off the coast now more than anything else.

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

I have lost my biking mojo completely at the moment - more fun lifting, doing m.a. and prepping myself for a half-marathon - and I soooo envy you guys.

I guess Whistler could bring it back, too bad I am too old to earn enough to come over and too young enough to not care. :crybaby:

Don't worry … I took a 10-year break from the bike Park, 2002-[HTML_REMOVED]2012. Now I go up with my son (who is way better than me).
