I'm thinking of doing TOTW[HTML_REMOVED]Khybers[HTML_REMOVED]Babylon then up to Kashmir.
I haven't been on Khybers/Babylon in ages. Back in the day I pushed my big bike up to it but I hear it's pretty shredded these days.
It should be feasible to do all this on my Enduro?

not that shredded, babylon is definitely tough, but I really wouldn't want to do any of those trails not on a trail bike. Enduro without a doubt.

What if I brought the big bike for the TOTW[HTML_REMOVED]Khyber[HTML_REMOVED]Babylon portion then switched to the Enduro for the climb and Kashmir.

still not worth the hassle, imo…

Enduro all the way then. Bringing my big bike is a hassle these days more often than not.

I haven't been on Khyber since the new upper section was put in but I rode all of Babylon on my Honzo last fall and had no trouble. I would think your Enduro29 will be totally enough bike.

My wife rode TOTW-Khyber-Babylon-AM/PM on her Chilcotin earlier this summer and had no issues. She felt that Babylon was tougher than Khyber. She also rode it before the Enduro race so I don't know what the trails are like now. I have been on IBT and AM/PM since the Enduro race and they weren't too blown/rutted out. My guess is that Khyber and Babylon are similar.

Rode Babylon, IBT, AM/PM about 3 weeks ago. All good to go. Many smiles achieved on that ride. Should be perfect right now.

Hey bud is running nicely, although on my pedal up there through the band of trees between wizard and magic chair it looks like the trail in those trees has been shuttled pretty heavily (braking bumps, cut corners). Who? Why?!

People ride through there a lot, kids groups, people riding down from staff housing and the higher hotels. Nobody's shuttling just a decent amount of traffic, I can only think of one spot that's chewed it's not bad at all.

Kinda surreal driving back into Vancouver and into the low-lying clouds this evening….

conditions are literally perfect right now, and the forecast calls for more of the same. october is the new september. some normally very challenging trails are far less scary right now.

How are conditions in Pemberton right now? I'm wondering if JTR is free of snow?

Thinking about heading up to ride the valley Remembrance long weekend. Will the valley trails still be rideable by then?

Probably but there are valley flurries in the forecast for this weekend.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

Anyone been out today to know where the snowline is right now? Is there going to be much rideable that's worth the trip up from the city tomorrow?

Debating between Whistler and Squamish for tomorrow - I'd like to get one more Whistler day in, but not that excited about wading through slush for a day.
