how's am/pm drying out? I know there's a couple seepage spots that gave us a bit of trouble last spring….the builder has moved to kamloops and I'm in nelson, hopefully someone steps up and keeps it buff!

Goddamn AM/PM ate my front wheel last night on the first berm after the first rock roll.

its awesome as well.

Gotta get in a double down corn snow to Whistler Valley trails day in. Thanks.

Why slag free swag?

you should ride business time if you haven't into am/pm for a longer ride. Business time starts on the same fire road, stay left at the split to highline starts just after that steep bit. Am/pm is splits off on the left just after a lookout spot with a bench, staying right and continuing with business time is awesome too, climbs more after that then down

Highline is fully clear of snow. As is the Microwave Rd to Tunnel Vision.
Tunnel Vision is not ready to ride yet.
There is snow through the middle third of the trail after the big rock face. There is also a tonne of blowdown. I could only cut out the smaller trees with my pack saw. The rest are in need of a chainsaw.

And, props to the guy with his son who was working his way up the trail clearing snow with a shovel!

Tunnel vision is all clear. Rode it today. The creeks were high though and one bridge was out. A saintly trail fairy was working on it though chainsaw at the ready.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.

am/pm branches off business time and crosses the microwave road, you'll find it.
hardtail is perfect.

anyone looking after hey bud these days? it could use some deep mud pit armoring in a bunch of places. i don't have time right now but would be a worthy project if someone's bored.

Rode up See Colours [HTML_REMOVED] Puke for the first time ever. Only a couple large blow downs. Needs a saw. Babylon had a couple small snow patches but also a bit of alder that needs a good machete massacre. I'll have to remember to take mine next time go that way.

I rode hey bud today for the first time and really enjoyed it. It's a good mix of rough, steep and loam. Agreed there are a few sections that could use minor re-routes and/or rock work, and the lip on the jump across the creek needs work. Otherwise a fun slippy rip.

Flicking through this makes me realize that I've not ridden any Whistler XC since 2007, and I hardly recognize any trail names! Is any of the new stuff like Big Timber, or is it just yet more Section 102, Kill Me Kill Me, Uncomfortable Bum etc?

treezz

Rode billy epic 2 nights ago, on the climb from ricks roost side there's only a small patch of snow and 1 tree down. The trail itself is in perfect condition though.

Rode the Zappas on Friday then headed over to Stonebridge and hit High Society [HTML_REMOVED]Three Birds [HTML_REMOVED] AC/DC. All were awesome.

Went up to check out Gargamel yesterday. The road up is completely clear, but the last climb through the trees is still under quite a bit of snow. Fortunately I wasn't the first person through there this season, so I had some tracks to follow to find where the trail went - there were definitely a few points where I had to stop and hunt around for tyre marks to work out where I was supposed to go!

Hey Bud, High Society, Gargamel all rideable and in decent condition? Either my legs aren't usually ready this early or trail's are clearing really early, is it still May? Either way, good times ahead!
