Modest price increases but I always say the bike park pass is a steal of a deal on value if you ride a lot given how big the park is, 10-8 hours, Creekside expansion etc. Not sure what I'll do this summer with the kid and having sold my DH bike... might buy a 5 day and ride my trail bike to scratch the itch, ride stuff off TOTW etc.

Itching for this year. Last year was a right off with a new kid and with an extended trip back to he UK. Think I'm going to get a 10 day and do more trips up there during the week as to avoid the weekend gong show. I'm still bitter about the closing weekend. :)

Was it only modest? I don't recall the numbers but thought it was a bit of a jump. Still agree though it's a steal vs ski. It's a long day being 10 to 8.

So, only saw Brian a thousand times but have never met him.

I hope to Baby Jesus he left because he got something awesome and Vail didn't fucking Vail.

It's one thing to fuck over winter ops, but don't fuck over this one thing EVERYONE IN THE WORLD IS COPYING.

Yeah I was wondering what the story is there, he didn't announce what he's doing next which makes me worry he was pushed out by Vail being Vail. Would suck if true considering the amazing work he has done to push WBP to the level it is a today... I think he was a big part of the World Cup DH track project in Creekside as well? Hope that is still on. All conjecture here though...

The first camelback on Lower Joyride; Do you have to pull up, or just nose over? I have never done it & am thinking of doing it this season. The second camelback, from what I have seen you pretty much have to huck off of it, it is so steep.

You're talking the bridges over crank it up? I drop off both, I think the first can be rolled but drop is easier. Don't ride that all too often.

I think that I’ll get myself and the kid seasons passes again. They were worthwhile last year but it did take effort to get up there every weekend as we don’t have a place up there to stay at. What makes it the best is that its time with the kid!!!!

The park is great for the skills but not great for exploring other zones....but we had a great time pst year so will give it ago again.

You can roll the first one on a DH bike for sure but smoother and less scary to pop a bit. Second one definitely need to drop, it's visually intimidating but smooth if you go slow and land on the wood.
