I suspect you'll only be able to get by the GLC if you lap Ez does it.

Looks like they are saying 85-90% of Fitz will be open this weekend except for Crabapple Hits, Dirt Merchant, C-More, and lower section of Schleyer after the rock garden. Pretty damn stoked, was expecting only a handful of runs with how much snow there was last time I was up skiing (April 30th).

Thank you nickel and co. for the hard work. Forecast looks freaking amazing this weekend, a real transition to summer.

So, let's hear some opening day reports for the weekend warriors! What's running well? Any mud bogs to avoid? Can't freaking wait.

Just rode the flow trails this morning. Riding great!

New Aline ending is tits. Big fat Oprah tits. The ending kicker requires no work and it's not tiny.

I can't wipe the smile off my face.

Oh, it kinda looks like you can straight line between the berms after the new-last aline jump.. and you can but it's tight.  If you get it wrong you'll be putting on a show for those in line.  I was close to being that person my first time through.

So that brand-new, very last A-Line jump got kind of beat up by the end of the day.  There was a big rock embedded dead center near the top of the lip and caused some issues I'm sure.  I suggest you take the left or the right side the first time you hit it in case she's still got a fat lip.

Already on the list for morning maintenance. Not shocking to see some wet spots pop out after some hammering by bikes.

How's the line ups the first 2 days, RedMat? Insane or manageable?

All good! Less than the last few openings I'd say.

I didn't know it was open till 8 today till it was too late. The fuckers who rode from 630 to 8 won the day.
