Hey nickel, do you know what's happening by Olympic chair? There's some pretty serious work going on over there..

Hero dirt continues. So good.

Winter learning area improvements. A big project aimed at making the winter beginner experience much better. You're looking at the earth works phase.

No kidding. Last couple hours today were incredible. Sunset, cool breeze, and zero lineups. Garbo is running so well. The work on Step-Up Island looks promising.

Oh, and this WB+ app is pretty addictive. I was the No. 1 park rat today! lol

FT: Careful on the jump before the bridge-step down and the step-down itself. Going super deep on both is almost automatic. Butter around those parts.

Can't believe the amount of work done on Mack River. If it was on life support before, it's just got a fifty year life extension. Fun little trail.

And then immediately following, as you're feeling like a winged angel flying down Mackenzie, you hit Renegade and reality comes rushing back in. Although the 'new' face line beats the greasy corner hands down… although it's already getting pretty punched in the impact zone. The boy followed me off it and I can tell you, he used everything his coil Fox 36 had to offer, plus his arms, and his wrists… so about 30" of total travel for an 11 year old to navigate that punch.

the WB+ isn't accurate when you take the Gondola up to the very top. It gives you the same as the Fitz chair…. :swearing:

I remember how hard Duncan worked on Mackenzie River and the discussion. I actually thought it was pretty cool when I last rode in August last year but wondered what Duncans reaction would have been to it's condition.

Also was around for Renegade build and discussions, rode it more when it was new and now seldom but found that rock face to bypass the bad corner an improvement for sure. I still expect them to encourage that trail to disappear, or do they want to leave it as an example of what happens when someone builds a trail that doesn't know what they are doing?

That's not true. Are you walking straight through the clear sensors, placed in front of the Roundhouse unload area?

If you scan at the Whistler Gondola base, but do not walk past the Roundhouse sensors, it counts for 343m. If you walk past the sensors, you'll get 1157m — 157m more than the Fitz + Garbo chairs combined.

Good to know for next time. Thanks
