I'm hoping to get back out in a week - next Tuesday (as my usual days off are Tues and Thurs). Being the eternal optimist that I usually am, I was thinking today or this coming Thursday, but considering it still makes me yelp when I drive my car over the odd bump or railway crossing - ya, I think next week at best :D Hey, least I'm back to driving (no more percs, oxicodone, or the like either…kicked that shit the minute I felt I was fine without).
If it was Karma that pinned my ass, and the Karma was for not calling you - I think we need to have a lil' chat when we finally do meet up :werd:

I feel your pain. Crashed hard July 15 on Dirt Merchant. Managed to ride off the mountain straight to the hospital. Broken thumb (required surgery), 2 pulled groin muscles and cracked pelvis (luckily no surgery needed for that). Started riding my roadbike last week after 8 weeks. I'm keeping my fingers crossed or good weather this weekend (10 weeks later) so I can hit the Bike Park again.
Heal up soon. I guarantee it will feel really good once you get back on the horse!
