A longshot I'm sure.. but has anyone lived in the townhouses in Spring Creek on Tynbridge Lane?

If so, any intel? Loud, quiet, PITA, etc…

I believe so… I've yet to actually go up there yet!

My biggest worry right now is does that foul smell near function blow over that way?

I have friends that live in there. definitely lots of cars and kids and whatnot, not sure how that translates to overall noise however…definitely not party central or anything like that

The strata on Tynbridge is called the Glades. it pretty much a ghost town most of the time. Parking is an issue at times during the winter (like weekends and holidays) as most of the driveways are too short to fit a car and there are only a few guest parking stalls.

The strata on Spring Creek Dr, Bear Ridge, is a whole different story. Employee restricted housing and is fully occupied. There are also no garages so most peoples stuff seems to be piled up in their driveway. (just one guys opinion as I don't mean to offend anyone living there, they just should have made garages or storage rooms for each unit.)

I live at the end of Tynebridge and it is very quiet there. The Fire hall rarely gets used it seems. The Glades is quiet. Bear Ridge less so but I don't hear much at all from there. It is full of kids but that's a happy sound. The school is the same. I hear kids playing off in the distance and I like that.

Debate? Bikes are made for riding not pushing.
