I rode it last year….
Funnily enough, it's on my Whistler trail map too, but I'd probably get crucified if I said where it was!

I rode it last year and it was fun. I'd go for it.
If RDS is out of the question at the moment due to snow, is it possible to bike down to creekside from the bike park any other way?

cross road just below raven's nest, to franz's….it's a gravel road…I use it all the time to get back to bayshores
Definitely one of those trails that I would recommend. It was one of the last days of the bike park last year and my buddy was leaving, so we made the decision to do it even though it had rained the day before and looked like it was going to that afternoon also. The roots were super slippery and we were caught in the rain, but wow what a ride. As everyone has said the directions are out there, so not that much of a secret. Most bike shops if you are nice will show you were to get them. The good thing is the fact the trail is a bit of a hike and out of the way, so it won't get the excessive bike park crowd riding it.
SOH on the other hand is right there in the park, so of course it is going to get the traffic. But def ride that one too. Love it!!
Tear it up man.
No one ever talks about "BC's Trail" how come?

we used to ride it all the time on our 'little' bikes….we tried earlier this spring and Paul, Dylan and I were stunned at how beat down it is and we were all having trouble….and many people know that Paul and Dylan are NOT slouches on steep tech terrain….in 2006 we rode it on the first day of the Samurai of SIngletrack, many a hardtail and xc bike. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be used in the condition it's in now…
Just nut up and head over to Tresspasser. They could put a Las Vegas-style neon sign to the entrance of that trail and I doubt it would get ridden!

seriously, hardest trail in the valley? quite likely!
Thanks for the advice on how to get over to creekside. Worked perfectly. My only question is, are you actually allowed to use Cross roads / how strict is WBP about the "No Riding on Roads. Bike Park Privileges Revoked" thing?
