Hah, I am married and that's part of it. I've just gotten back into mtb this year and bought a trail bike in January, with the wife picking one up over labour day weekend. There's talk of new road bikes as well and I bought a new ski touring setup in the spring so a DH rig is going to have to wait until next fall :) First world problems and all.

Kever: any idea what they are selling the Fury's for and what spec they have?

Not 100% sure but I think it's the expert spec (the blue bike) at $2500. Brand new can be had for $3300 so it's up to you whether it's worth the extra $800. I think it is. http://www.jensonusa.com/GT-Bikes-Fury-Expert-2014

BTW I bought my bike off JensonUSA and had it shipped up to my doorstep.
