…and I got no time and need to work for a while to catch up. I haven't ridden since
our trip to Van.
This thread is a tease and I hate it, and every one who is riding DM without me…you all suck!

DM tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!
how are the runs. I am going up tomorrow
Dirt Merchant and A-line got fast in the afternoon and Angry Pirate was sloppy all day. If it stays mostly dry today it will be a lot of fun. The racing had Schleyer and Whistler downhill closed so I didn't ride much in that area.
Jump trails are prime, and DM was fantastic! Wet but not sloppy.
edit: g'dammit I hate the bridge corner on CIU. I never slow down enough.
Bicycles!
best trails of the weekend were by far Fantasic and the Biker-cross course.
(and yes, I am calling it the biker-cross course, because that's what it is again, AWESOME! The only thing it needs is the step up/step down)

I almost hit the small DM creek gap (not the big one on the right) last Monday, but bailed last second. Any advice on how to do it? How much speed do you need? It prolly looks harder than it is. I'll give it a go next time up.

You don't need a lot of speed at all. Just let go the brakes after you start down either from the little drop of roll in. It has a huge landing so it'd be kind of hard
to over shoot. It is buttery smooth.

I just gun it on the wee one. You don't have to, but if you want you can just preload the suspension near the lip to give you that extra cushion, but you really don't need it.
