anyone rode river yet this year? just wondering if it is clear

It was still closed this time last week, I doubt it'll be a goer yet. Go and hit the Zappa trails around Lost Lake instead though, they're riding SWEET :D

Well we have had about a week of sun since then, so possible? Prefer river cause it's onlyu a quick ride from the pad. I'll roll up to lost lake though

I heard that the open sign was up from a friend who rode it and said not to ride it for a while. Only woodwork is clear, still snow I guess.

Earlier today I saw one of my friends biking down the street and he said he just rode river. He said its now clear but wet. he said it will be good to go after a couple more sunny days like we have been having. So I'd say river is open and is ok for the season.

I think the park is gonna be a cluster this weekend, 1200 riders on aline? Gonna be pretty tight I thinks

That's the best way to spend a saturday! I love rolling back into the village after a few hours in the valley to see people packing up…extended play offers some of the best…I mean WORST conditions possible. Everyone should leave at 4pm.

dear DW,
since you got like a million bucks now, can i borrow $2850 for a Revolt frame?

thanks,
steve

Hahah I totally agree :P

Leave around lunchtime and hit lost lake or maybe river and then come back for extended play. I did that a lot when it got real crowded in the summer.
or just rode garbo all day…

Well river was perfect last night, just started to rain as we finished, dry all the way through with about 15 foot of slight boggy in one section

Today, not so good
