Riding awesome today after yesterdays rain. Garbo is a bit sloppy but 2 wheel drifts into berms are fun. Lower half of the mountain's tacky, tyres sticking round berms like shit on a blanket :)

Oh and the section of Blue Velvet with the jumps leading up to the wooden berm seems like it should be closed so the trail builders' work doesn't get all chewed up straight away. It's so greasy and there are already big tyre sucking boggy dips/puddles.

Not enough demand to warrant them employing an extra 2 lift attendants I guess.

Its probably more to do with the costs of running the actual lift itself. Wouldnt cost them all that much to employ two attendants for the 7 hours. Thats only like $154 in pay for both hahahah

It was pretty cold and muddy, bike arrived at the bottom looking dirtier than after a day of UK winter riding 0_0 probably wasn't the best conditions for my first ride down Original Sin, was a bit interesting in the wet.

Shit was busy today, all you dirty tourists can go home!

I've gotten too used to the lack of lift lines the last week and a bit apparently.

The re-opened Blue Velvet section (wooden berm bit) is drying out a bit now, the jumps that are dry are riding very nice :) The wet parts are so greasy though. Same goes for the end of Black Velvet/Fatcrobat. I came off the log ride with way too much speed, hit the bog and ended up in the bushes
