Evolution or Fanatyk Co would be my first picks.

I rented a Specialized Status from Whistler Village Sports and was quite happy. I find the store to be less busy than others and it's generally the first place I'll go when I want to ask a general question (like "how much is a rental", which resulted in me renting a Status from them).

As stated above, there doesn't seem to be a bad option though.

Try Whistler Bike Co. They're between Gone Village Eatery [HTML_REMOVED] the backside of The Grocery Store.

Had good luck with FanatykCo, bikes (Aurum carbon and 650B Demo) generally in good shape and SAINT build kits on them.

Not as good experience with friends renting the old Flatlines from Summit.
