Heading to Whistler this weekend and would love to hear where you think the best place to rent a big bike is?

I see that the WB rental place right next to the gondola is renting carbon V-10s. If I was to rent, I'd want to try that bike.

Fanatyk Co(Demo 8 or Arrum) or Evolution(V10s or GT)

Garbo Cycle and Protein have high performance rentals, which may or may not have what you want to rent in stock, but they offer damage insurance.

Ed. Fanatyk offeres insurance for $29/day, rentals 109/day, multi-day rates available
Ed.x2 I've rented from all 3 places I mentioned. I'd go with Fanatyk or Evo for rental needs

Why slag free swag?

ummm, as your doctor i recommend against riding with a scaphoid fracture.

Consider calling ahead? I was at Fanatyk Co. yesterday morning and overheard an employee tell a customer they were all out of DH rentals. He sent them to Evolution.

Also try Bike Co., the WBP Demo Centre (dialled high-end bikes vs. the regular rental Glorys), and Summit Sports.

You can reserve at Summit Sports (and probably others) online and ahead of time.

Definitely call ahead since it's Crankworx. I'd actually call and get it arranged/pre-paid today if I were you. Summit has a bunch of Trek Session 9.9's. Whistler demo centre has the V10C, lots of Gamblers, GLory 0, Wilson, Aurum LE and Shocker. I've rented Demo 8's from FanatykCo a few times, really like those guys summer and winter.
