Pretty sure Garbo isn't opening anytime soon

They announced it was gonna open today (just Blue Velvet from the top), but that everything below red chair was fair game. It'll be interesting to see if they changed their minds after all the rain that came down.

I stand corrected. There's definitely a ton of snow at the top of the lift though. I know I'll be waiting a few more weeks personally

did about 4 garbo runs this morning.

the top was sloppy, and the ski runs had heaps of mud splashing up into my goggles, but below red chair was rad. super fun. and no one was there.

Nice! Blue Velvet your only option to Red, right?

I've been meaning to ask, but it seems to me the park has been very quiet this year. I know it's only June, but I don't remember it being this quiet in the last few years. Anyone else feel the same?

yeah blue velvet only option, and sometimes if a section is too wet they shoot you onto a ski run for a while as well… it really is a few more weeks away from being awsome but its fun none the less.

Is the lower mountain super sloppy after all this rain or merely wet?

There's nothing better than an Orangina after cheating death with Digger.

It only rained late in the day, lower trails were awesome until about 730 - and it looks like a beauty out there now!

Hero dirt on the lower half today.

This trip to Kelowna was definately an undertaking - Liam and I had been planning this project for 24 hours. We worked really hard to pull out all the stops in this video. We had slo-mo goggle shots; time lapses; pedal flips; outrageous product shots; unloading and loading the bike; walking through the field with your hand in wheat. At the end of the day this trip was all about just getting out and riding with all my friends.

Garbonzo was a waste of time today. Lower trails were off the hook.

Best dirt I've had at WBP ever. Every trail was tacky, did not have to wipe my goggles once, and zero dust. Win.

Whats up with lower dirt merchant? According to WBP site its closed. Upper is open but not lower. Love to get up there before things get too beat up but I've been waiting for the green light on dirt merch in its entirety……

They're rerouting through the old rutabaga line.. diverted before the big hip jump to the creek jumps.

Dirt merchant sure seems to have changed. The lips seem much steeper. Also at the top there is a table, step up, table step up and then a fade away drop that kicked everyone in our group super nose heavy. Am I on crack?
